ADVERTISEMENT FOR REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Owsley County Alliance for Recreation and Entertainment (OCARE) located in Booneville Kentucky, is seeking a highly qualified environmental consultant to implement and oversee our recently awarded USEPA Brownfield Cleanup grant at the former Seale Theater Site, located in Booneville. Qualified firms must have completed recent, similar work in Kentucky under the USEPA Brownfield Cleanup Grant Program and to be able to document all work under the Davis-Bacon Act: and be able to start work within three weeks of award.
An RFQ packet containing information about the project and criteria that will be used to select the consulting firm may be obtained by contacting the project director, Ms. Sue Christian at OCARE by phone 606-560-0690 or email ocaretourism@yahoo.com.
Statements of Qualifications from interested environmental consultant firms will be accepted only until 4:00 p.m., Friday, January 14, 2022. Statements of Qualifications must be submitted to: The Owsley County Alliance for Recreation and Entertainment Attn: Ms. Sue Christian, C/O Owsley County Action Team, 66 Old Highway 11 North, Booneville, KY 41314. Questions must be submitted two-weeks (14 day) prior to the submission deadline, by email directly to OCARE. Responses to questions will be provided to bidders, if requested by email.
