O.C.A.R.E. and Official Subcommittees hold regular quarterly meetings on the 2nd Thursday of January, April, July and October at the Owsley County Action Team starting at 5:30 p.m.  These meetings are open to the public.

The Kentucky Arts Council, the state arts agency, provides American Rescue Plan funds to Owsley County Alliance for Recreation & Entertainment Inc. with federal funding from the National Endowment for the Arts.
